Refund policy

Rover Pet Products does not offer refunds unless where a warranty issue occurs. Rover Pet Products offers a 24 month manufacturing warranty for any manufacturing defaults. This does not include if the bed is ripped, chewed or otherwise damaged or destroyed by your dog.

Please select carefully as we custom make your bed to your order and as such refunds cannot be made where a change of mind occurs when purchasing a PlushMat!.
