The TuffMat is handmade at Rover Pet Products' factory in Rutherford, Hunter Valley, NSW, Australia. Every cover is sewn by the Australian team on-site and the orthopaedic foam is also sourced and cut locally.

If the TuffMat bed flattens beyond normal wear within 5 years of purchase, Rover Pet Products will replace it free of charge. You do not need to return the old bed. This is the only 5-year non-sag guarantee in the Australian dog bed industry.

Every treat contains a single Australian protein and nothing else. There is no salt, sugar, glycerin, rice flour or preservatives. Available proteins include chicken, beef, lamb, kangaroo, crocodile, seafood, goat, pork, venison, duck and emu. All are slow-dried at low temperatures.

It started with Lulu, our Springer Spaniel, tearing through every bed on the market. Josh had 20 years of textile experience, so he built the first TuffMat! on a sewing machine in the garage. Bryan said 'I could sell these.' The rest is history.

Today we are a family-run Aussie business making beds in our Hunter Valley factory. We still do not cut corners. Every TuffMat! is hand-sewn by the same team that picks up the phone when you call.
