Let's Talk Furry Treats!
Fur on your dog's treats! Yuck or yum?
We know, these are not for everyone by a long shot. That’s 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙚! But let's at least chat about furry dog treats...
First of all, dogs are omnivores, eating meat & plant material in the wild, whatever they could get! They didn’t pick & choose what they’d eat, they’d eat the lot, ears, fur, everything. Now as humans we can pick and choose what to feed our babies, and furry treats (if possible) could / should make up a small part of that, and you can be the judge why! These are some positives for furry treats:
✖️Brilliant for gut health
✖️Great source of fibre
✖️Cleans the digestive tract
✖️Cleans away food build up
✖️Improves the digestive system
These reasons may not be enough to get you across the board and that's totally fine and respectable. If you can stomach furry treats - we would say go for it!
